Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists.
• Coordinate seating and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Handle enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
• Liaise with service/kitchen teams for seamless service.
• Maintain reception area and support VIPs/events.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail or fitness experience preferred.
