Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Specialised Construction Activities
- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Fit-Out)
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, take-offs, BQs, and GeBIZ tender submissions.
- Source and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage scope changes and Variation Orders.
- Handle progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, margins, and rate libraries.
- Work with project teams on budgets, risks, and deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of QS experience, preferably in commercial interiors, retail, exhibition, or Design & Build.
- Able to read architectural, MEP, and joinery drawings.
- Familiar with SIA/REDAS contracts and GeBIZ tenders.
- Knowledge of fabrication, joinery, material pricing, and building requirements.
- Good negotiation, cost control, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
