Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full Set)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM; Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-set accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closing.
Prepare and submit GST reports and maintain monthly financial data.
Verify and process freight charges and invoices from freight forwarders.
Update and maintain monthly financial reports for management review.
Oversee labour management, including payroll administration, employee records, and compliance with labour laws.
Manage company general affairs and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking airfares and itineraries for engineers and directors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

At least 2 years of accounting or audit experience, including full-set accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
