Are you a proactive, detail-oriented HR enthusiast looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time HR Assistant to support HR operations and office administration in Tuas.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to the Singapore Employment Act.
- Assist in payroll processing, data entry, and reporting using HRMS (Infotech System).
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including course sourcing and scheduling.
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day functions and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Oversee monthly procurement of stationery and pantry supplies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records across systems.
- Assist in organizing meetings, company events, coffee talks, and engagement activities to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
🎯 What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Prior background in HR support, administration, and work pass application processes.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Infotech System (HRMS, Payroll, Leave, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Regulations Knowledge: Strong understanding of MOM regulations and the Singapore Employment Act.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to work independently and proactively.

Location: Tuas South (Office-based)
Schedule: Part-time (3–4 days per week)
