Orange Print Pte Ltd is a commercial printing company established in 2013, located at Nordcom Two, Gambas Crescent. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries via CRM
- Prepare quotations based on company price list
- Advise customers on paper, sizing and finishing options
- Check customer artwork files are ready for printing (bleed, trim, resolution, colour mode, fonts)
- Amend and adjust customer files using our existing templates
- Prepare cut files for sticker and name card jobs from templates
- Follow up on orders through to delivery
- Assist the production team with our digital printer and cutting machines
Requirements
- Min. 1 year in customer service, sales support or order processing. Printing industry experience is an advantage
- Able to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to check and amend files. This is not a design role — no original design work required
- Good written English, as most customer communication is by email and WhatsApp
- Meticulous and able to spot problems in artwork before a job goes to print
- Willing to help out on the production floor
- ITE or Diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Singaporeans / PR only
Other Information
- Salary: $2,400 – $2,600 per month, OT payable
- 5.5 days work week, 9am – 6pm
- Casual attire
- Full training provided by our current team
- Company provides licensed Adobe software and prepress tools
- Contract position with opportunity for conversion to permanent
- Located at 2 Gambas Crescent, Nordcom Two (near Sembawang MRT)
