We are looking for a Talent Scout to help us find and screen candidates for our sales team. This role supports the founder directly on recruitment work, from sourcing candidates to reviewing applications, shortlisting profiles and keeping follow-up organised.
You do not need to be the most experienced recruiter in the market. What matters more is judgment, curiosity, consistency and coachability. We need someone who can look beyond a polished resume and ask: does this person have the attitude, communication style and resilience to do well in the roles we have?
This is a backend recruitment role with real influence on who enters the team. You will learn how we assess candidates, what makes someone suitable for field sales and how to improve the quality of the hiring pipeline over time.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just activity. If one source is slow, one message does not get replies or one candidate drops off, your job is to think, adjust and help find the next workable solution.
What you will be doing:
- Source candidates from job portals, social platforms and referrals
- Review applications and identify candidates worth speaking to
- Keep candidate records clean, updated and easy to act on
- Help coordinate interview slots and follow-ups
- Share clear reasons for why a candidate should or should not move forward
- Learn directly from the founder on what good fit looks like
What we are looking for:
- Good instinct for people, with enough discipline to explain your reasoning
- Strong follow-through on messages, records and next steps
- Curiosity about what makes someone suitable for sales
- Resourcefulness when the first candidate source or method does

- You want to learn recruitment through real work, not just theory
- You try to solve the problem before handing it back
- You can take feedback without taking it personally
