The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work with world's most celebrated and innovative airports
- Duration: 6 months (Renew subjected to business needs)
- Location: EAST (Changi)
- Mon-Fri, Office hours
Job Scope
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing Power Query processes to ensure reports are refreshed accurately and on schedule
- Prepare and manage recurring financial and operational reports, including cash flow tracking and budget monitoring reports
- Enhance and optimize Excel-based reporting tools by improving formulas, reducing manual processes
- Develop new reporting templates and automation solutions to support business and finance reporting requirements
- Document reporting methodologies, workflows, and refresh procedures to ensure continuity and effective knowledge transfer
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and operational support as required by stakeholders
Requirements
- No working exp can be considered as training is provided:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, and data modelling
- Hands-on experience with Power Query, including query creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
