Position
Team Leader
Job Responsibilities
🍋 Lead and supervise the daily operations of the outlet.
🍉 Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
🍇Guide, coach and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
🍋 Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
🍉 Assist in inventory management, stock ordering and stock control.
🍇Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and daily sales reconciliation.
🍋 Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
🍉 Train and onboard new team members.
Requirements
🍋 Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B, or hospitality industry.
🍉 Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills.
🍇Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
🍋 Customer-oriented, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
🍉 Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is an advantage.
