About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to support our Finance Manager in FP&A, store-level P&L management, and commercial operations across regional markets. In this role, you will act as a key finance business partner—translating retail performance data into actionable insights, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing financial operations for flagship luxury initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- FP&A & P&L Management: Drive revenue projections, analyze tourism retail spend, monitor store/market-level SG&A expenditure, track actuals against budget/forecast, and prepare weekly sales estimates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, ensure accurate expense coding, and support the annual budget process.
- Special Retail & Café Projects: Act as the primary finance point of contact for our flagship hospitality concept, tracking event performance, preparing business review reports, and delivering ad-hoc cost/profitability analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within retail or fast-paced commercial settings.
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, large data sets); Power BI or Business Objects experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, multi-stakeholder management, and clear presentation skills.
