Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes, portion sizes and quality standards.
- Operate the POS system, process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Replenish ingredients, packaging and display items to support daily operations.
- Receive deliveries, check quantities and expiry dates, and store products properly.
- Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices and monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and wastage.
- Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils, counters and work areas.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with outlet opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors, and report customer concerns, equipment faults or operational issues promptly.
- Support different outlets as assigned by the Area Manager.
- Carry out other outlet duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous F&B experience is required.
- Friendly, service-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a team and follow operating procedures.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods, move supplies and carry stock.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Flexible to work at different outlets according to operational needs.
Working Arrangements
- Full-time: 6 days per week.
- 60 working hours per week, comprising 44 regular hours and 16 overtime hours.
- Current vacancies in the East and Central areas of Singapore.
- Shift timings and outlet assignments are arranged by the Area Manager.
Salary & Benefits
- Before confirmation: S$2,200++ per month.
- After confirmation: S$2,400++ per month.
- Staff meals provided.
- Work Permit quota available.
