🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

🍽️ Food Preparation & Cooking

Cook and prepare meals with precision, passion, and pride - always upholding Little Farms' quality standards.
Plate dishes with consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
Prepare items in batches efficiently while following all dietary and allergen guidelines.

🧑‍🍳 Kitchen Operations & Efficiency

Use the FEFO method to ensure fresh, safe ingredients.
Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies.
Work closely with the Head Chef and teammates for a seamless service flow.

🧼 Food Safety & Hygiene

Follow all food safety regulations, this includes handling, sanitation, and cleaning.
Maintain a hygienic kitchen and report any food safety concerns immediately.
Handle kitchen equipment responsibly, keeping safety top of mind.

🤝 Teamwork & Growth

Be collaborative and communicative with kitchen and service teams.
Help with mise en place, prep, and daily setup.
Embrace learning new techniques and taking on responsibilities to grow.
