Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef / Chef De Partie to join our fine dining kitchen team at Ce Soir. You will help deliver consistently high-quality dishes, support kitchen operations and uphold food safety standards. Job Description

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to the restaurant's recipes, quality and presentation standards
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen team members, assisting with rostering, training and workstation organisation
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, hygiene practices and workplace safety requirements
  • Manage stock rotation, ordering and wastage control, and collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily service

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, in a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie role or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations and food safety practices; a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays, as part of a diverse team
  • Good communication, leadership and time-management skills, with a passion for culinary excellence
