AR Officer (6 Months Contract/Up to $3500/West)
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Working Location: One North, Fusionopolis Way
- 6 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Created and maintained SAP Customer Master Records.
- Processed invoices and credit notes, ensuring complete billing documentation.
- Resolved billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepared management and AR reports.
- Monitored outstanding Accounts Receivables and followed up on overdue payments.
- Managed the AR mailbox and responded to billing and payment enquiries.
- Performed ad-hoc finance and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable (AR) experience, preferably gained within a shared services environment.
- Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, credit notes, AR monitoring and collection follow-ups.
- Familiarity with SAP or other accounting/ERP systems would be advantageous.
