- Location: Gul Crescent (Company transport: Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Yew Tee MRT station)
- Up to $2.8k + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative support to sales department.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
- Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
- Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
- To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
- To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
- Prepare quotations.
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience as a Admin, Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous.
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc.
