📌 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Supply Chain & Logistics Executive, you will support the day-to-day movement of goods, inventory and orders. You will work closely with the warehouse, transport and internal teams to ensure products are received, stored and delivered smoothly and on time.
🚀JOB DETAILS:
• Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month
• Employment Type: Contract
• Working Days: Monday – Friday / 5-Day Work Week ( 8.30am - 5.30pm)
• 📍 Location: Near Jurong East MRT

🔧 JOB SCOPE:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is properly recorded and maintained
• Coordinate with transport teams to arrange deliveries and collection of goods
• Handle warehouse activities such as receiving, storing and organising items
• Process customer orders and ensure they are prepared and delivered on time
• Prepare and maintain delivery records, inventory records and invoices
• Use SAP / WMS systems to update and track inventory and logistics activities
• Use Excel to track stock, prepare reports and analyse logistics information
👤 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1 year of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
• Experience in spare parts or similar industries is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP and WMS systems
• Forklift license and Reach Truck
