Back of House (BOH)

Kitchen Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Front of House:
1.Greet customers and provide excellent service
2.Take orders, serve food, and handle cashier duties
3.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
4.Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
5.Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience

Back of House
1.Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and procedures
2.Ensure food quality and consistency
3.Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
4.Manage ingredients and inventory
5.Work closely with the team to support daily operations

Requirements
1.Relevant F&B experience is preferred; training will be provided for selected positions
2.Positive attitude, responsible and hardworking
3.Good teamwork and communication skills
4.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
5.Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred for kitchen positions
