Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate filing of documents, purchase records, invoices, and supplier information.
  • Support system updates and data housekeeping of vendor, item and pricing records etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operational requirements.
  • Monitor stock-related documentation and support inventory administration.
  • Respond to and coordinate basic enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform daily administrative duties to support the Supply Chain team.
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
