Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Lighting Retail
- Position Title: Project Admin
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales and project records.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure products are delivered on time.
- Support the sales and project teams with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Check and follow up on costs with manufacturers or factories.
- Support improvements to sales and administrative processes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Relevant experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
