Training Coordinator & Competency Lead( JBL) Singaporean Only
Lead and coordinate training, competency management, and workforce capability development activities to ensure technicians are trained, certified, and competent to support safe and effective PWC operations.
- Collaborates with the Competency Development Officer to identify, develop and manage programmes that enhance technician technical skills and competencies.
- Assist in providing domain training or assigned/ engaged domain trainer (internal/external training provider) to technician.
- Facilitate the domain trainer on technical training by setting the venue, dates and ensuring the training package is completed.
- Track and monitor technician competency levels to meet the respective business goals or operation support needs.
- Update the records when staff attained higher level of competency.
- Identify gaps in competency of workforce within the competency domain for operation leads to schedule training sessions to resolve the gaps.
- Ensure training and assessment records are properly maintained.
- Refine and conduct existing platform theory lessons for new hires. (Not Mandatory)
- Conduct OJT assessment to qualify new hires to Level 1 competency. (Not Mandatory)
- Responsible for identifying and reporting technician competency development needs to the Training Coordinator, collaborating to support development needs within their team
