Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical and dedicated GSOC Operator to support daily operations. You will act as a liaison between the Physical Security Department and stakeholders globally, helping maintain a safe and secure environment. This role suits a calm, decisive professional who thrives in a control room setting.
Job Description
- Monitor and respond to routine and emergency alarms and video systems, including fire, door and duress alarms
- Dispatch security officers, emergency response teams and local emergency services via telephone or radio, escalating critical events without delay
- Investigate and analyse internal and external incidents, and gather intelligence on global events that may affect the client
- Disseminate information to key partners and support confidential tasks relating to logistics, inventory and technical operations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an operational physical security role, with Control Room experience essential
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team, while communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels
