Work Hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, staff claims, and payments.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile daily transactions and receipts, investigating discrepancies where necessary.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage grant utilisation tracking and reporting.
- Support annual audits and regulatory filing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilisation and analyse variances.
- Support management reporting and financial analysis activities.
