Responsibilities
• Food preparation for banquet, café and other meals
• Cook according to standard procedures for café
• Supervise casual cooks.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of dishes.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
• Ensure & comply with all food hygiene & kitchen safety policies at all time
Requirements
• Able and experience in using Wok
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
