Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management
- Position Title: Site Executive / Site Supervisor
- Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm; Sat, 8.00am – 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all parties to meet waste collection needs at customer sites
- Liaise with site teams and manage project schedules
- Resolve site risks and issues promptly
- Supervise workers and subcontractors, report concerns to Project Manager
- Support customer care, monitor satisfaction, and manage changes
- Ensure compliance with safety and health policies
- Train staff on job requirements and equipment
- Arrange transport for workers as needed
- Deploy workers to sites in emergencies, including after office hours

- Completed Safety Orientation Course (related to power plant or construction work)
- Supervise Work At Height Course (preferred)
- Experience in supervising scaffolding project
- Knowledge of dismantling and maintaining scaffolding
- Understanding of WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements (preferred)
