📍 Location: 2 mins from MacPherson MRT
🕘 Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
🏠 Weekend & PH: WFH operational support is required
💰 Basic Salary: Up to $2800 + Incentives

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on team member to join our staffing operations team, coordinating relief teacher deployment and supporting our clients' daily manpower needs.
📌 Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage a pool of relief teachers
• Arrange daily deployments and match available teachers to client requests
• Handle high-volume WhatsApp communication with teachers and clients
• Follow up on confirmations, attendance, cancellations and replacements
• Manage urgent or last-minute manpower requests
• Conduct interviews and support recruitment activities
• Maintain good client relationships and handle feedback professionally
• Monitor deployment fulfilment and team targets
• Prepare monthly operational reports
• Perform other operational duties as assigned
✅ Requirements
• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume WhatsApp messages, calls and multiple requests at the same time
• Responsible with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate and fast learner
• Able to work independently and respond promptly to urgent matters
• Must be able to provide WFH operational support on weekends and Public Holidays when required
• Able to start on short notice is an advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with relief teachers who are only able to communicate in Mandarin.
