We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to join our HR team for a short-term assignment. This is a great opportunity for a polytechnic student or recent graduate who is interested in Human Resources and keen to gain practical experience in a retail environment.
📌 Job Details
Employment Period: 20 October 2026 – 31 January 2027 (Full commitments required)
Working Days: 4 weekdays per week (Tuesday–Friday)
Work Arrangement: Tuesday–Thursday in office; Friday work from home
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, inclusive of a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Monthly Gross Salary: SGD $1,000 before employee CPF deductions
CPF Contributions: Applicable CPF contributions will be handled in accordance with prevailing requirements
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
📌 Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Follow up on staff enquiries and provide general HR administrative support.
Coordinate and track performance reviews for retail store staff.
Perform data entry, maintain employee records and update HR trackers.
Support other ad-hoc projects and administrative duties assigned by the HR department.
📌 Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Nitec student or diploma holder, preferably in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR processes and candidate interviewing.
Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets and administrative tasks.
Good communication skills, attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to follow up on tasks responsibly.
Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
