Role Overview:
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Optimize the full customer journey, from first contact to after-sales.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Uphold brand standards in-store through environment, service, and visual merchandising.
- Introduce new ideas or technology to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting.
Visual Merchandising & Sales
- Execute weekly VM packs and ensure compliance across stores.
- Conduct regular floor walks and address action points.
- Ensure commercial layouts and correct POS placement.
- Use Oracle data to guide product placement and floor moves.
- Drive and exceed sales targets.
- Use in-store devices to offer full product ranges and upsell when possible.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Support customer service programs and step into other roles when needed.
- Represent JD Sports professionally and follow all safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Only open for Singaporean/Singapore Permanent Resident due to insufficient work permit quota.
- Visual Merchandising experience advantageous
- Retail Management skills would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Ability to work well in a team.
