Available Roles
We are seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions:
- Healthcare Administrative Assistant – Support patient registration and record management
- Patient Service Officer – Manage reception duties, patient check-ins, and visitor services
- Call Centre Officer – Handle patient calls, appointment bookings, and telehealth coordination
- Patient Care Assistant – Provide basic care support, assist with mobility, and help ensure patient comfort and safety
- Pharmacy Assistant – Support in medication preparation, dispensing and inventory control
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include:
- Performing administrative and patient service functions, including registration, billing, and data entry in hospital systems
- Assisting with basic patient care, such as mobility assistance, mealtime support, and ensuring comfort and safety
- Managing patient communications through calls, emails, or digital platforms, including telehealth scheduling
Requirements
- A Levels and above
- Training will be provided
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on rotational shifts
