Job Description

Position Title: Warehouse, Logistics & Operations Assistant
Working Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage warehouse inventory, including material receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns.
Prepare shipping labels, COC, and export documents.
Coordinate shipments, freight bookings, and deliveries.
Handle ERP transactions, stock-taking, inventory reconciliation, and closing activities.
Maintain operational records and coordinate with internal departments.
Support production activities, including slitting, inspection, and packaging.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or production operations.
Knowledge of material handling, stock control, shipping, and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory transactions is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to handle administrative tasks and support hands-on warehouse and production activities.
