What You’ll Do
🔎 Talent Sourcing: Create job advertisements and identify suitable candidates through recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels.
📞 Candidate Engagement: Reach out to applicants, conduct initial screening calls, and assess their suitability based on role requirements.
📋 Recruitment Management: Track recruitment KPIs, maintain accurate candidate records, and monitor progress towards hiring targets.
🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand manpower needs and improve recruitment outcomes.
