We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Assistant Park Manager to support the daily operations of our family entertainment parks. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth park operations, maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Park Manager and other departments to improve operational efficiency, support business performance and create memorable experiences for families and children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Park Manager in overseeing daily park operations and staff deployment.
- Supervise, train and motivate the attractions crew to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure park facilities meet safety, cleanliness and maintenance requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Support the planning and execution of park events, activities and programmes.
- Assist with manpower planning, daily sales reporting and operational reports.
- Implement park policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor operational costs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance on park initiatives.
- Take charge of daily operations in the Park Manager's absence, when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in family entertainment, attractions, hospitality or retail.
- Experience in team supervision and staff coaching.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
