Enjoy selling beauty products and building relationships? Join The Fundamental, a Singapore beauty brand with products made in Japan.

We are looking for an experienced beauty salesperson to introduce our products to salons across Singapore and turn new connections into regular customers.

💰 S$1,500 monthly basic + 15% to 20% sales commission, earned from your first dollar of sales.
⏰ 5 day work week, Monday to Friday. Weekends off.
📍 Plan your daily salon visits within agreed working hours, with product training and direct support from the founder.

REQUIREMENTS:
💄 Beauty or skincare product sales experience is required. Experience selling to salons is an advantage.
💬 Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin
🤝 Confident introducing yourself to salon owners and building relationships.
💪 Proactive, organised and persistent, with reliable follow through.
🚶 Comfortable travelling across Singapore and visiting salons door to door.
🎨 Basic Canva skills.

Returning to the workforce? We welcome candidates with relevant beauty sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learn our brand philosophy, product benefits and salon offers.
• Visit salons, introduce the brand and share brochures.
• Connect with owners or purchasing decision makers, obtain business contact details and follow up by phone or message.
• Provide samples to suitable prospects and gather feedback.
• Secure orders, help salon staff recommend our products and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate orders, payment follow up and deliveries.
• Maintain records of visits, contacts, samples, sales and consignment stock.
• Create promotional materials using Canva templates and provide weekly progress updates.
