Working Hours :
Rotating Shift:
- 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare all mise en place according to restaurant standards.
- Prepare ingredients and food strictly in accordance with established recipes.
- Work efficiently in various kitchen stations and specialize in assigned sections.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and ad-hoc duties.
