Looking to continue your accounting career while enjoying a more flexible work schedule?

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and payroll operations on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who prefers to work fewer days each month while keeping their accounting skills active.

Assignment: 7–8 working days per month (Long-Term)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Hourly Rate: S$20 – S$22 per hour
Location: CBD area – just a few minutes’ walk from Shenton Way/ Downtown/ Marina Bay MRT stations

Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly Accounts Receivable (AR), including issuing invoices, credit notes and debit notes
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Process payroll for approximately 15 staff, including related statutory requirements
  • Perform general administrative duties when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Payroll experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks is essential
  • Knowledge of QuickHR will be an advantage
  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to commit 7–8 working days per month on a long-term basis
