Employment Type: Part-Time, 6 hours' shift (AM / PM) (Weekdays)
💵Pay Rate: $12 per hour
🕒Event Period: Dec 2026 - Jun 2027
📍Location: Singapore / Bayfront
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide information about the exhibition.
- Scan and validate tickets and assist with admission enquiries.
- Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
- Communicate waiting times, delays and admission procedures clearly.
- Guide visitors through the exhibition and interactive experience zones.
- Explain activity instructions and encourage appropriate visitor etiquette.
- Assist families, elderly visitors and guests requiring additional support.
- Attend to visitor feedback and provide basic service recovery.
- Monitor assigned zones and ensure safety and operational guidelines are followed.
- Escalate complaints, incidents, safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.
- Attend required training sessions and daily operational briefings.
- Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with visitors.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Patient and able to remain calm when managing crowds or challenging situations.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Able to work at least 3 shifts in a week (weekdays)
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience would be advantageous.
- Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions would be a plus.
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Training will be provided.
