Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in delivering efficient, fair and people-focused services across the employee lifecycle. You will join a multicultural workplace that values meritocracy, collaboration and work-life balance.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews and preparing offer documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records in line with the Employment Act and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, benefits administration and CPF-related submissions.
- Respond to employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality, and support employee engagement and training initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR information systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and manage multiple priorities. Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply.
