Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers to oversee daily outlet operations and lead a diverse team. You will uphold high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene and efficiency.
Job Description
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, service, cashiering and sales reconciliation, while ensuring standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety and hygiene are met in line with regulations
- Lead, coach and train staff; monitor performance, uphold company policies, and prepare fair rosters that balance business needs, budget and team wellbeing
- Conduct monthly stock checks, manage inventory and replenish supplies as required
- Handle customer feedback professionally, prepare monthly reports on sales, staffing and outlet performance, and work with management to achieve business targets
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the F&B industry
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a multicultural team
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, with extended hours when operationally required
