Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media Specialist to establish and lead our marketing function from the ground up. You will create engaging short-form content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to promote new menu items and outlet openings, connecting with a diverse, younger audience.
Job Description
- Plan, produce and publish creative short-form videos and photography for Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hongshu and Facebook, promoting new products and outlet launches.
- Shoot, edit and optimise content independently, keeping pace with current viral trends and platform best practices.
- Set up and manage the company's social media presence and marketing processes as the sole member of a new marketing department.
- Monitor engagement and performance, and adapt content strategy to grow audience reach and community interaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven skills in videography, photography and video editing, with a portfolio or sample work demonstrating fun, appealing and on-trend content.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, with the ability to connect authentically with younger audiences.
- Able to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates in Media, Communications or related fields are welcome to apply; relevant internship or personal project experience is an advantage.
