About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, delivery preparation, inventory management and ERP system transactions.
If you are organised, comfortable using a computer and able to handle warehouse operations safely and accurately, we welcome your application.
Job Responsibilities
Receive incoming goods and check quantities and item details against delivery orders and relevant documents.
Prepare, pick and pack goods for outgoing deliveries according to delivery schedules and requirements.
Perform goods receiving and stock transactions in the company's ERP system.
Retrieve inventory information and update stock records accurately.
Assist with inventory management, stocktaking and stock discrepancy checks.
Arrange and maintain goods in designated warehouse storage locations.
Operate a forklift to move and handle goods safely when required.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Valid forklift licence.
Previous warehouse, goods receiving, dispatch or inventory experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer to enter and retrieve information from an ERP system.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
Able to read and understand delivery orders, item codes and stock documents.
Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods where required.
Responsible, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic English communication skills to understand work instructions and warehouse documentation.
