Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Aircon Installation & Servicing
Position Title: Sales Executive
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Identify new customers and generate sales leads.
Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare and follow up on quotations within 24 hours.
Manage the full sales process, including negotiations, closing deals, delivery coordination and payment collection.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide good customer service.
Confirm appointments with customers for the following day and update bookings in the system.
Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for technicians.
Inform customers promptly of any delays or service issues.
Prepare quotations for aircon replacements and new installations.
Follow up and communicate with customers through phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Support roadshows, marketing activities and other departments when required.
