CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – AIRPORT OPERATIONS
Location: Changi Airport
SALARY & INCENTIVES
Basic Monthly Salary: S$1,450–S$1,550
Night Shift Allowance: S$100
Performance Incentive: S$500, subject to performance criteria
WORKING SCHEDULE
12-hour shifts, working two days followed by two rest days.
Select one fixed shift:
Day Shift: 10:00 am–10:00 pm
Night Shift: 10:00 pm–10:00 am
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counter Operations
Handle end-to-end fulfilment of iShopChangi departure and arrival orders at the counter.
Receive and process orders accurately and promptly using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Verify item descriptions, quantities and customer information.
Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain accurate inventory movement records and monitor counter stock levels.
Conduct stock counts for purchase-with-purchase items, gifts-with-purchase, coupons and other relevant stock. Report discrepancies promptly.
Handle customer enquiries, Changi Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions and promotional giveaways in accordance with Changi Airport Group requirements.
Promote relevant commercial services, including Shopping Concierge Services and Changi Rewards.
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain service standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE O-Level or N-Level qualification with three credits, including English.
At least one year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, retail, customer service or hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in using mobile technology.
Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile.
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask and solve problems effectively
