Operations:
Event Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
- Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; ensure timely requisitions and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and club standards.
Members Engagement & Service:
- Maintain strong relationships with members, anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service
- Handle feedbacks and resolve service issues promptly
Financial & Administrative:
- Assist in budgeting , cost control and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
- Prepare event reports ,staff schedules, and operational documentation.
Operations Focus:
- In-depth knowledge of banquet setup, service flow & hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems & basic inventory management.
- Capable of handling event setup & operational tasks
Requirements
General :
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or banquet setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Service-oriented, hands-on, and able to lead by example.
- Able to work under pressure, including long or split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
For Operations Focus:

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
