Sales Admin Position
STARTEC CONSTRUCTION
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
Startec Construction is looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations.
If you are comfortable communicating in Mandarin and English, enjoy coordinating with customers, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales documents.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments on orders and deliveries.
Purchasing and ordering for building materials.
Maintain accurate sales records, filing and customer databases.
Follow up on quotations, orders and outstanding payments.
Assist with general office administration and ad hoc duties.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, SPM or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; Mandarin is useful for communicating and written with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a responsible working attitude.
Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in sales administration, construction, building materials or a related industry is an advantage.
Candidates familiar with Singapore and Malaysian business practices are welcome to apply.
