F&B Executive | Hotel | Up to $3,700

Our client is looking for a service-oriented F&B Executive to support daily operations and deliver excellent guest experiences in a hospitality environment.
📍 Location: Orchard
🕒 Working Hours: 5 Day Work Week (shift, weekends and public holidays required)
💰 Salary: $3,000 to $3,700
Job Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalised service to guests across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage guest orders, billing and payment transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain good knowledge of menus, food and beverages, and make suitable recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Support supervisors in guiding team members and maintaining service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene, safety and proper service preparation.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant F&B experience.
- Experience in hotels, upscale restaurants or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiar with POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Positive attitude, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
