Front Desk Receptionist (Renewable contract - Floater)
Location: Multiple location availability
Job Type: Part Time
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and room preparation.
Handle simple incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
Maintain reception and common areas cleanliness.
Support office administration, including filing and data entry.
Assist with office supplies management and vendor coordination.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative role is preferred.
Friendly and approachable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications eg. word and excel.
Organized and proactive within the office environment.
Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a strong service mindset and team-oriented approach.
