Opportunity
- Salary: up to $15.70 /hr
- Contract : 6 months
- Join a government agency and play a key role in supporting the operations and management of Singapore's hawker centres.
- Gain exposure to stakeholder engagement, operations management and ground operations in a dynamic environment.
- Work closely with operators, stallholders and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery.
Job Scope
- Conduct inspections of hawker centres, monitor cleanliness, maintenance standards and compliance with regulations.
- Handle enquiries, feedback and operational matters from stallholders through phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, support outreach activities and assist with incident management and operational audits.
Requirements
- Comfortable with field-based work and working in a market/hawker centre environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
