Recruitment Executive (Talent Sourcing)
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive (Talent Sourcing) to support our growing recruitment business.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Salary: Basic Salary S$1,500-S$1,800/month + Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned job orders and understand clients’ hiring requirements
- Post and manage job advertisements on recruitment platforms
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct candidate screening via phone, WhatsApp or online interview
- Interview and assess candidates for suitability
- Prepare candidate profiles and recommend shortlisted candidates to clients
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment progress in CRM
- Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams
Requirements:
- Diploma or above preferred
- Recruitment, HR or Employment Agency experience is an advantage
- CEI (Basic) certification preferred
- Candidates with previous Employment Agency experience or existing EA personnel registration will have an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and conducting interviews
- Able to assess resumes and identify suitable candidates
- Good follow-up skills and sense of urgency
- Organised and able to handle multiple job orders
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Excel
- Responsible, proactive and results-oriented
Performance Incentives:
Incentives will be based mainly on successful placements and recruitment delivery results.
