Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing - Electronics
- Position Title: Production Operator
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days (Shift work)
- Salary Package: Basic + OT
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test PCBs and electronic components according to technical drawings and instructions.
- Perform start-up, shut-down, and normal operations of production line machinery.
- Ensure product quality, identify failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Accurately record production data, quantities, and quality metrics in logbooks or computer systems.
- Assist other operators and assemblers, keep work areas clean, and help replenish supplies.
- Support and participate in process improvement initiatives and report any abnormalities to superiors.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
