Job Duties:
- Welcome and assist members of the public with a warm and professional attitude.
- Provide guidance on digital and self-service platforms.
- Respond to general enquiries and deliver quality customer service.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
- Support day-to-day centre operations, events and administrative activities.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment by reporting incidents when required.
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using digital devices and learning new systems.
- Able to stand and move around for extended periods during the course of work
