Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's established standards and procedures.
- Menu Presentation & Recommendations: Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and provide expert suggestions on food and beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables or counters promptly between courses, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- Stock Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate par levels of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the restaurant's food and beverage offerings, with the ability to recommend and upsell menu items effectively.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the restaurant management team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

- Professional Appearance & Attitude: A polite, courteous attitude with an emphasis on delivering excellent service.

- Experience: Previous experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
