Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Building Construction
- Position Title: Accounts Asst
- Working Location: Admiralty
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable (AP) transactions to ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) transactions by recording and tracking customer payments.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process supplier invoices and arrange payments according to company policies.
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up to ensure timely collection.
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and keep records updated.
- Organise and maintain accounting documents for easy reference and audit purposes.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
